Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds with a great view of the ocean, but the thin walls let in a lot of noise from other rooms and the corridor. The service, despite the enthusiastic efforts of the wait staff, was friendly and very helpful overall but there were some unfriendly encounters. The location, on the shores of the Beagle Channel, offered beautiful views but was a bit distant from tourist attractions. The dining experience had its ups and downs with a poor morning breakfast but exceptional steaks. The facilities were decent, but there were some shambolic moments.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, but the thin walls made it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms and the corridor. The distance from reception to the rooms with heavy bags was a bit of a hassle. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to assist me with various issues. The location was stunning, offering serene views of the Beagle Channel. While the dining experience was not exceptional, the facilities were satisfactory overall.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms, although a bit dated, were comfortable, clean, and in good condition. The large room offered a stunning view of the ocean, making it a delightful retreat. The hotel may be aging, but it still maintains its charm and quality.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Beagle Channel, offering outstanding views. The rooms, while comfortable and clean, could use a renovation. The service was attentive in assisting with trip planning but lacked friendliness in general. The dining options were decent but not exceptional, while the facilities could use some improvement.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were a reasonable size although a little dated but more than large enough for a typical hotel room. They were well-sized, well heated, and provided a comfortable stay. The service was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff who were ever so ready to assist in any way possible. The location was ideal for us, as we had a rental car, close to town, restaurants, the glacier, and Tierra del Fuego National Park. The dining experience was modest and tasty, although with limited options. Overall, a great value for money stay with a few minor drawbacks.
